I want to refund this dress no one respond my emails!!!
The quality of the dress is poor. I tried to return it, and the person I contacted responded that he was eating dinner and would provide his address for the return. However, he never did. Be careful where you purchase items.
The dress had the correct measurements but it wasn’t made with STRETCHY SATIN as ordered. I contacted customer service through chat but it didn’t resolve the issue. I tried the phone number listed and asian man answered briefly saying contact by email in broken English & hung up. Sent email & got no response.
Won’t be satisfied till they send the correct dress I ordered!!!!
el vestido no me lo environ con las medidas que pedi incluso intente ver como devolvia la mercancia y nisiquiera tienen informacion de como hacerlo me quedo corto aun yo mandando todaslas especificaciones
